The Bear Necessities
Yesterday we got a freebie local community paper in the mail, and reacted rather badly to this Picture with a cutesy caption that read in part "...fortunately [the bear] was shot only with a camera."
This pic was taken a very short distance away from where TheStupidNation.com calls home.
The caption to this picture should read 'UN-fortunately he was shot only with a camera'. Bears are dangerous wild omnivors that have no business in heavily populated suburban areas. While the bear-hugging crowd may pile on disinformation about how harmless black bears are, the truth is these bruins can, and do, KILL humans.
You could ask Nick Ruberto of Minnesota what he thinks of black bears. It's a shame you can't - he's dead.
You could ask 11 year old Samuel Evan Ives of Utah what he thinks of black bears. Sorry, can't, he's dead too.
How about six year old Elora Petrasek of Tennesse? Darn it, she's dead as well.
Or the family of Ester Schwimmer, 5 months old, New York - snatched from an unattended stroller and half eaten.
It's one thing for a person to enter a bears' habitat and get attacked, it is quite another for bears to enter human habitat. They are NOT welcome. We do not need to live in fear that the kids playing in the back yard will be a black bear's next snack. Black bears are built for stealth, you're likely not to know one is near until it's too late.
We also take note that in TheStupidNations.com stupid home state, is it is perfectly legal for a woman to kill her own fetus via abortion. All it takes is a nod, and a signed consent form. But don't you DARE harm a hair on Yogie's head - a heavy fine and likely time behind bars will be the result. That's what it's like to live in a Stupid Nation; proto-human life is valued less than that of a bear. What an upside down insane world we live in.
We are not here to debate the abortion issue. Even though we are not comfortable with abortion as a means of casual birth control, we still would rather see women who want the procedure go to a qualified physician rather than an alley way butcher. Our point here is to underscore the absolute outrageous hypocrisy of the bear-huggers, and their Governmental sponsers.
The fact that black bears are showing up in suburban areas is all the common sense proof required that there is an over-population problem in this area. Cull the population, and let us have one less thing to worry about.
As for the bear-hugging crowd - go ahead, try to hug a wild black bear and see what happens. I double dare ya.
