Somewhere in the neighborhood of half of all registered voters are anticipating voting for Barack Obama to be the President of The United States.    A marxist/radical social liberal who is the least experienced individual to run for the office in modern history.  An individual whose espoused military policy would have lead directly to spectacular failure in the middle east, who meekly equivocated on the invasion of a sovereign nation by a Russia waxing nostalgic for the bygone Soviet Empire, and whose Vice President running mate has assured us that the United States will be intentionally provoked by our enemies abroad soon after his boss is elected.  A candidate that claims he is a catalyst for change - yet offers absolutely nothing the Democratic Party hasn't proposed before, much of which has previously been rejected by the American people.  And yet, despite all this, if you believe the polls, half the United States is going to vote for this guy.  There is a pathogen raging through this country, it produces weary apathy, and self indulgent ignorance. 

The cure eludes us.

The status quo is unacceptable.
