We must briefly pause here to acknowledge the incarceration of Rodell Vereen, who earned three years in the slammer for raping a horse named Sugar at the Lazy B stables in Horry county, South Carolina.  Yeah you read that right - he raped a horse - twice!

This is, after all, the Stupid Nation blog, so we can't ignore an act of perversion laced stupidity.  Not only was Vereen a repeat offender, but he apparently gave the Horse the clap, or at least some sort of sexually transmitted infection.   

And Horry county?  Come on!

While it is a crime in the State of South Carolina to rape a horse (Buggery, it's called).  Mr. Vereen may be relieved to know that it is not illegal in all 50 states.  So, when he gets out, he may want to consider moving to a buggery friendly state to hook up.

Jeez.
