It's late, as usual, and prep for Thanksgiving takes priority over in depth commentary on the epidemic of stupidity gripping roughly half the nation at any one given time.....
* Janet Napolitano said she was "listening" to the growing crescendo of objections to DHS/TSA's sexual assault searches. Her 2nd banana John Pistole followed up with this: "Do I understand the sensitivities of people, yes. If you're asking am I going to change the policies, no." Let's rephrase this more coarsely and more accurately too: DHS to America: Go screw yourselves. Well, Madam Secretary, I'd rather screw myself than be screwed by a TSA agent, or you for that matter. That's for sure. The ultimate opt out: DO NOT FLY. Hit them the only place where it will really hurt - the wallet. Rush Limbaugh says the Government is doing this to intentionally destroy the airline industry. I entirely disagree - not the least reason is because there are so many Union jobs tied to the industry. Obama will never seek to destroy a heavily Unionized industry.
* Terrorist Ahmed Ghailani - the first terrorist to face a criminal trial in the US - was convicted of only one count of conspiracy while being aquitted of 224 murder counts. That's exactly what should have happened in an American criminal court tied to American rules of evidence. That is exactly not what is supposed to happen to enemy combatants where evidence is collected against them by means that the criminal justice system of the United States does not permit. The spectacularly incompetent Obama puppet AG Holder feebly tried to pretend this wasn't the disaster it was. Not since the days of the Soviet Union have we seen such bold lying by a government apparatchick. Remember Obama and his puppet assuring us these creeps would get a fair trial, be found guilty, and then executed? Good luck executing this dude for being found guilty of conspiracy. When is parole - next week?
* According to two polls, only 26% of Americans think Obama will get re-elected, while 43% think he deserves a second term. If your left brain can reconcile that with your right brain....your head just very well may explode. I am unapologetically harsh here: If true, that tells me that 43% of Americans are certified stupid.
