Pop Quiz: Which Is Worse?

In the aftermath of the assassination of Osama Bin Laden, I've come across a couple of comments around the blogosphere that I thought made a very good point.  So, here is the quiz:

Which is worse:

A.) A Navy SEAL punches a terrorist prisoner responsible for the gruesome deaths of four Blackwater security personnel
B.) A Navy SEAL blows the brains out of a terrorist prisoner responsible for the gruesome deaths of thousands

Answer:  It's irrelevant which is worse as an act of meted justice.  What is more relevant is the spectacular hypocrisy of the politically correct left cheering for the Obama ordered summary execution of Osama Bin Laden, while decrying and prosecuting several Navy SEALs for punching a known terrorist/murderer.  I guess if Ahmed Hashim Abed had killed thousands of Americans, rather than just four, he'd have gotten a summary tap to the head too.

So, while the leftists among us cheer the "gutsy" move by President Obama to order the summary execution of Bin Laden, and the Seal Team is celebrated and honored by the politico/military establishment as great heroes (hey, I don't take away from these soldiers, but....)  three other SEALs were treated as scoundrels and villains for punching a two bit piece of crap terrorist scum who deserved much much worse.

Apparently, it's ok for Obama's Praetorian Guard SEAL team to blow a terrorists brains out, but if they had punched Bin Laden - well, there would be hell to pay if that had happened.  Hell to pay I tell ya!.

Obama & his repulsive regime owe SEAL operators Matthew McCabe, Jonathon Keefe, and Julio Huertas - those brave terrorist punching SEALs - an apology, and exoneration.....and they owe it to them now.

And speaking of hypocrisy, here's one more thing to noodle on:  How do you think the leftist media would have reacted if Cowboy George had authorized the summary execution of Bin Laden instead of Obama?  Do you think they would have hailed Georges' gutsy move then?

Don't get me wrong here folks, I shed no tears for the demise of Bin Laden.....as I said in my previous post, it was imperfect justice meted out, but it was justice nonetheless.  He earned it.
