I can't help but wonder what it must be like being the most feared woman in all of the United States.  Sure there are plenty of us who fear a President Hillary Clinton, but you don't see conservatives going apeshit over the prospect of Hillary in the Whitehouse like you do with Sarah Palin.  There are plenty of skeletons in Hilary's closet....suspicion of obstructing the Whitewater investigation, remarkable hard-to-believe-it's-mere-chance gains on very well timed futures trades, bribes - oh I mean campaign contributions -  from an orthodox Jewish enclave......I'm sure there's more.  But neither the Washington Post or the New York Times ever went after poor Hilary they way they are now going after Sarah Palin. Fear and hysteria are in the air, and you'd think these bastions of leftist media would be a little more discreet and at least try to be a little less obvious.  In the end, it's good for America to see this absurd behavior by these leftist news outlets, so we should thank WaPo and NYT for their lack of decorum. 

So, why does the left so fear this feisty/folksy Soccer-Mom-turned-politician?  This is not a trick question; the answer is obvious.  The left fears Sarah Palin for one reason and one reason only: she is one of the few who can defeat Barack Obama.  It really is that simple.

You have to look at Sarah Palin and giver her credit.  She knows full well that the media wants very badly to take her down, but she doesn't back down, and doesn't cave.  Instead, she mocks the "lamestream" media, and confounds them by refusing to play their game.

I say well done Sarah!
